Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and rubber chickens are included.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Ship and Wait
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and allow 7-10 business days for our team to process your refund or exchange.
